“The abolition of pork barrel as was advocated by Sen. Ping Lacson and implemented by Noynoy Aquino was a measure that the crook politicians contradict. The bureaucratic practice of commissions like the famous “Sec. may 200M ka dito” abounds in every project this government undertook.
