A SIGHT TO BEHOLD. The Vincentian Heritage Park across the Universidad de Sta. Isabel in Naga’s old address (then known as Nueva Caceres during the Spanish colonial times) reminds one of green parks of Europe. On the same location are historically-rich ancient landmarks, such as the Holy Rosary Seminary (Seminario Concillar), the Naga Metropolitan Cathedral with its Porta Mariae (the latter constructed in contemporary period), and the Archbishop’s Residence.
