AMID THE BOOMING INDUSTRY Filipino Homes: Building a game-changing platform in real estate

NAGA CITY --- Around 200 Naga and Camarines Sur-based real estate brokers and salesmen have gone through the training-seminar on work ethics here last February 8, this year, under the auspices of the country’s largest real estate organization. Anthony Leuterio, founder and chief executive officer of Filipino Homes, said that aside from providing the participants with lectures about good values in dealing with clients, the activity also allowed them to learn the proper way of closing their transactions with prospective property buyers. “Thru our portal, we can create a big group of professionals that deals on property transactions. We handle trainings on ethics, strategies and approaches on how to take care of our clients,” says Leuterio whose firm has more than 16,000 property agents and 400 brokers operating in 32 cities all over the country. The trainees who are members of other real estate associations were invited not only to learn the ins and outs of real property transactions but to formally welcome them should they wish to join Filipino Homes. “That is a part of our game-changing platform to develop highly trained agents who are licensed and can deal with property buyers very professionally,” he said. Leuterio, however, warned everyone in his team about the company’s one-strike policy wherein one has to go or face expulsion for committing unethical work practices even at first instance. Filipino Homes’ game-changing platform also promotes convergence and partnerships along with other firms who are supposed to be competitors. “That’s because we have now a different business model and standards that drive us to unite with other groups like what other multimillion-peso firms are doing. He made mention about what the Ayalas did when it partnered with former competitors Filinvest and the Aboitizes.
