NCF Community Honors Continuous Victory HS Lady Tigers: New Predator of Volleyball Court

Naga College Foundation Inc. celebrates the continuous achievements through victory party at ST Quadrangle last February 4, 2019. The celebration took place with awarding of academic and non-academic of the school headed by the Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Aida P. Osea together with the Basic Education principal, Mr. Al-Noel Asis.

One of the highlight of the party is the three championship victory in one day; Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Volleyball and Women’s Basketball all in BUCAL. Moreover, NCF HS Lady Tigers strike down its long year of craving for inaccessible title after claiming its BUCAL Women’s Volleyball championship title during the game two of the finals last January 26, 2019 at UNC Sports Palace as they play with an anchored well-honed skills and wit diminishing the UNC Greyhounds, 2-0.

NCF Stole UNC’s Four Decades of Reign

While the Greyhounds sets green lights for their run to defense their throne, HS Lady Tigers bang them with their offensive shots to swell down their defense pouring them with an avalanche of kills and service aces raining the game two with tough five setter game, 14-25 (UNC), 25-16 (NCF), 39-31(UNC), 25-18 (NCF), 15-12 (NCF).

The finals swayed fate to jump its support onto the HS Lady Tigers leading UNC to deny their notions in getting back-to-back title and to save its two wins left to complete the four-decades consistency. The rivalry of the both team sets both faces of their aficionados with an electrifying fervors showing off rallies of diverse beliefs.

Ending the finals gave emotional upshot both for the team as NCF grabs its demand to brace its winning in history as they beget the title and to UNC for being challenged by the new Queen of the court. Greyhounds still smile for the memorable outcome of the game and are willing to start a new sequel to bring forth again the title they used to be known of. Being defended at the net, NCF’s captain, Janeca Lana punished UNC with her well-fashioned execution of exclamatory spikes digging on the foe’s court unnoticed. As Lana lifted up her team, she led it with befitting spikes and kills to disrupt the play that the Greyhounds are carrying off.

HS Lady Tigers in the game showed abrupt movements in setting up their placing empowered by Coach Parley Tupaz, Assistant coach of Ateneo de Manila University, and is consorted with the HS Lady Tigers’ igniting desire to clinch the championship. His experiences hook up the team’s courage in not losing their death grip on their prior goal- to win associated with sportsmanship.
