2 lady drug peddlers fall

LEGAZPI CITY --- Anti-narcotics operatives seized 60 grams of suspected shabu worth P408,000 from two alleged illegal drug pushers in a drug operation on Tuesday at Barangay Pacol in Naga City, a police report said.

Christina Avila, alias Tin, and her companion Lynn Austria, alias Tawa, were arrested by anti-narcotics in a police drug sting at the suspects’ residence at A. Solano St., San Alfonso Homes, Pacol at around 10:20 a.m., according to Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Philippine National Police(PNP) Bicol spokesperson.

The suspects were subject of a search warrant for illegal possession of drugs and peddling.

Seized from the suspects were 60 grams of suspected shabu sorted in 10 pieces plastic sachets, and a knot tied transparent plastic bag, the report said.

The suspects were brought to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) custodial facility in Naga City.
