BellaVita: Building homes in the highlands of ‘Maogmang Lugar’

NAGA CITY --- In the next two years, a hundred or more Nagueño families are expected to move in to a new housing subdivision which is presently being developed in one of the city’s quiet residential districts situated in the highlands of Barangay Pacol, here.
The number is projected to rise by even more in 2024 that will be accommodated in the 14-hectare swath of land that is now undergoing land development. Over 2,000 low-priced and better quality residential units are expected to rise at the site.
The construction of houses and the establishment of various housing amenities which include a play equipment, gate and guardhouse, multi-purpose hall and common parking space are expected to be fully completed 5 years from now.
BellaVita Land Corporation is a residential brand of Ayala Land Inc., the Philippines’ leading developer of sustainable estates offering a diverse mix of quality residential and commercial developments that support local economic growth.
“We believe that Naga is progressive,” replies Mayi Rodriguez, chief operating officer and vice president of BellaVita, when asked why her firm chose Naga among the cities in the Bicol Region to be its first project site.
Rodriguez, whose firm has launched its socialized housing project last Saturday at the construction site, said that the land development taking place in the area will result in the establishment of an organized community for its future residents.
“We are just presenting a better option to the Nagueño families and those who wish to settle in Naga looking for a comfortable dwelling place and clean, peaceful and orderly living experience,” she says.
When over and done with its land development, the site’s peaceful and secured environment will be maintained by security personnel. Gates and perimeter walls will also be set up to further strengthen the safety and security plan inside the subdivision. There will be also ground maintenance workers who will later on be administered by the homeowners themselves.
Rodriguez said that BellaVita will assist the residents to organize themselves as homeowners association and its formal registration with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).
“Maaasahan natin ang tibay ng bawat bahay dito sa BellaVita, sulit talaga ang gastos ng bawat residente, each unit only costs P450,000 which can be paid thru an attractive payment option of as low as P2,000 per month with PAGIBIG” she said.
In attendance during the launching which was highlighted by the ceremonial cutting of ribbon and burying of time capsule were the Barangay Pacol officials and hundreds of individuals inquiring about the specifics of house-lot buying along with those who have signed up on that day for reservations.
