GREEN ADVOCATES. Photo shows around 300 campaigners of the “Forest in Our Midst” program who trooped to the old open dumpsite early this month in Barangay Balatas, this city, to plant different kinds of indigenous trees. The activity is expected to be replicated on Tuesday (October 22), this time, with the beauteous candidates of Miss Earth who will be planting saplings of native trees inside a public elementary school in the city in support of the greening program.
