The Carmen Hotel. All Lights On at The Carmen Hotel. On November 20, 2019, the glitter and glamour of the Christmas Season started at the downtown hotel during a lighting ceremony headed by Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion and its General Manager Andrew Olivar. The guests for the lighting event were treated to an acoustic band, cocktails and dinner, and the carols of the Southbridges Montessori kiddie choir.
