EMERGENCY CONFERENCE. President Rodrigo Duterte met with Bicol governors, prominent of whom were Gov. Migz Villafuerte of Camarines Sur and Gov. Francis Escudero of Sorsogon, along with key local chief executives, cabinet members, and concerned line agencies for a situational briefing post-Typhoon Tisoy that was held in Legazpi City.
