TRAFFIC MONSTER. Many motorists plying the Concepcion Pequeña and Concepcion Grande highway are wary on a daily basis against long hauling trucks maneuvering at whim in and out of the giant bottling plants and warehouses situated along the area (i.e. Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, San Miguel Beer plants), especially during rush hours delaying and congesting traffic along the route which is a main passageway for those going to office and sending children to school. They ask that stricter truck ban be enforced or reroute these trucks outside of the busy highway. PHOTO BY JOE PEREZ
