TESDA CASIFMAS trainers grab nat'l recognitions

NAGA CITY --- In line with the World Teachers Day Celebration and 2020 Kalinga sa Tagsanay Awards, five trainers from TESDA CASIFMAS were the recipient of various national awards and recognitions during the virtual awarding ceremony, October 5.

Engr. Maribel B. Yang, trainer in Computer Systems Servicing NC II and Trainers Methodology Level I received the Enhancement of Training Package National Best Trainer award. Yang is the sole representative of Bicol Region in the said national competition. She also bagged the place as one of the top 8 finalists in the annual 2020 Kalinga sa Tagsanay Awards.

Meanwhile, during the Kalinga sa Tagsanay awarding rite four trainers from CASIFMAS were given national recognition for their published researches in local and international publications. The researchers were Dr. Victorino B. Almario, Dr. Rosaline J. Mojal, Engr. Maribel B. Yang and Engr. Joseph Christian P. Oliquino.

The TESDA Tagsanay Award system stretches due recognition and motivations to trainers from Technical Vocational Institutions and TESDA Technology Institutions who have exceeded the set requirements for Technical Vocational Education and Training and have proved competence beyond expectation.
