TESDA Region V personnel flocked at the buko cart to quench the thirst from the raging heat of summer. PAGASA declared that the heat index might rise up to 50 degrees centigrade in some areas of the country. We can avoid the scourge of heat or heat stroke by hydrating ourselves with the organic coconut water. Health wise, coconut water is a natural source of numerous essential minerals.
