Caceres clergy gathers for Annual Retreat
The annual Clergy Retreat of the Archdiocese of Caceres is one of the most anticipated and important activity of priests that provides needed rest with the Lord through refreshing, renewing and recharging the priests, and through them the Church, ministries and families they serve and love.
The synodal process of listening, praying and discerning together as to what concrete steps that priests of the Archdiocese of Caceres need to undertake in order to become a synodal Church will be done during their clergy retreat on November 8-10, 10-12, 2021. Due pandemic, the almost 200 priests of the archdiocese are clustered into vicariates and housed in Major and Minor Seminaries, Mater Eccleciae (Cadlan Pili) and at Lay Formation Center (Basilica).
The annual retreat happens through encounters with dynamic inputs through zoom, sharing and engaging sessions with brother clergy, refreshing adventures to change the pace and plenty of time for great conversations, personal prayer and taking a break from our hectic daily schedules.
During this clergy retreat everyone is asked to pray for our priests. It is a place where brothers who serve at the Holy Altar of Christ discover that they are not alone in their struggles and have others around them that can uniquely share their joy. -Cccom news
