JAIL VISIT

The Bicol Alpha Eagles Club headed by Eagle Andy Garcia (5th from right) as president conducts a community outreach program at the Tinangis Jail and Penal Farm in Barangay Tinangis, Pili, Camarines Sur. The event was undertaken by way of providing the 80 residents of the facility who are students of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) with school supplies and equipment on Saturday, January 21, 2023.
