Nagueños celebrated this year’s Feast of the Sto. Niño and Naga City’s Children’s Festival with the theme, “Sto. Niño: Our Source of Peace in the Walk of Faith” last January 15, 2023.
Participants from different religious groups and barangay organizations in Naga City joined the vibrant and joyous procession culminating at the Jesse M. Robredo Coliseum where various images of the Sto. Niño were paraded.
The Eucharistic Celebration held at the coliseum was presided over by Rev. Fr. Domingo R. Florida, while the homily was given by Rev. Fr. Francis Tordilla. This was followed by the blessing of the images of the Sto. Niño.
The event was organized by the Immaculate Conception Parish, Naga City, in collaboration with the city government. City Mayor Nelson Legacion and other government officials were in attendance.
The celebration was streamed on social media pages of the Archdiocese of Caceres and Naga City Government.
