TRIUMPH

On March 17 at Bato, Camarines Sur LRV Gymnasium, Bato Municipal Mayor Domingo L. Zorilla, Jr and Dr. Rita R. Obsequio of TESDA CASIFMAS graced the graduation rites of 284 young and old trainees in Theoretical Driving Course, Driving NC II, Liquid Soap Making, Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Massage Therapy and Makeup, Photojournalism, Photography and Digital Drone Operations and Tour Guiding Services NC II.
