NEW MICROCHIP ATM. Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte has allowed the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) with assistance from the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) to conduct mass replacement of ATM cards of capitol employees in compliance of directive from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to safeguard ATM’s by embedding microchip memories to prevent its hacking by unscrupulous elements.
