LARGE VILLAGE. The Tabang Bicol team Bgy. in Fabrica, Bula, Camarines Sur, led by A-PAD Metro Naga and the Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and Industry, conducts post-typhoon Nina relief operations in Bgy. Fabrica, Bula. Camarines Sur -- one of the recipient worst-typhoon-hit localities in Camarines Sur. Each pail shown above consists of 2 kilos of rice, noodles, coffee, canned goods, and sanitary kits. We jokingly thought of the barangay as having adapted its appropriate name because of the large number of children and families that composes the village which makes it a virtual ‘factory’ of children.
