HALL OF JUSTICE. After 18 years of dreaming, February 10, 2017 finally saw the actual groundbreaking of the construction of the Camarines Sur Hall of Justice at the Capitol Complex, Cadlan, Pili with the Hon. Raymund L. Mecate, Department of Justice Undersecretary as guest of honor. The lot is donated by the provincial government of Camarines Sur under the leadership of Gov.
