Migz admits he and Bb. Pilipinas Universe are ‘on’ for 3 years now

Miguel “Migz” Luis Villafuerte admitted to the Bicol Mail that his romantic relationship with Rachel Peters, newly crowned Bb. Pilipinas Universe, has counted three years and “still counting and getting stronger.” Villafuerte said their romantic relationship is open and public knowledge through his Instagram and Facebook accounts that show they are officially together for three years. “We are just a low-profile couple but it’s a public knowledge,” he quipped. Villafuerte said as early as two years ago, Peters has accompanied him in his sorties around the province providing aids to his constituencies in the 35 towns and one city in Camarines Sur. He said Peters’ Instagram has also been open regarding their romantic relationship and their private moments together. Villafuerte said Peters attended with his family his inauguration as the reelected governor in 2016. He said her girlfriend traces her roots on the mother side from Iquin, Canaman, Camarines Sur. “I personally witness her hard work and sacrifice in this journey and it all paid off. If you persevere, have positive attitude, you can overcome all the challenges. That’s what Rachel did in pursuing her dream,” Villafuerte said. He said Peters was representing Camarines Sur and the country now in the upcoming Ms. Universe pageant abroad. “Her (Peters) victory will serve as an inspiration to the youth that one can achieve dreams despite all challenges through hard work and perseverance. We would like to thank all the love, support and prayers from her family, friends and supporters,” he said.
