SM City Naga guards undergo tactical inspection

NAGA CITY --- SM City Naga recently conducted a Joint Tactical Inspection (JTI) of its security force at the mall’s Open Parking last May 19, 2017. Inspection was headed by SM’s Senior Vice President for Engineering and Security Affairs Engr. Antolin V. Paule, and Assistant Vice-President for Security Almus Alabe. Present during the occasion were Philippine Army 9th Infantry Division Deputy Commander Gen. Danilo Isleta, PNP Assistant City Director Benjamin Balingbing Jr., Public Safety Office Chief Ernesto Elcamil, Customer Relations Regional Manager Aldrin Buenaventura, Mall Manager Wesley Villanueva, Assistant Mall Manager Jeannette De Vera and Heads of different Security Agencies. During the JTI, security guards were inspected individually from head to foot. Uniforms were checked, as well as armaments, issued firearms, communication equipments and other support gadgets to ensure that the security agencies conform with the standard set by the company and the minimum requirements of the PNP. Through the JTI, SM Supermalls aim to motivate the security unit to be efficient front liners and provide one hundred percent customer satisfaction. Also part of the ceremony is the awarding of certificates of commendation signed by SM Supermalls President Hans Sy and Engineer Paule to some security personnel who have shown exemplary performance worthy of praise and emulation.
