THE traditional Traslacion will be held this Friday, September 8, which signals the start of the 9-day novena for the Lady of Virgin Peñafrancia and eventually the Peñafrancia fiesta on September 16 and 17. The fluvial procession along the Bicol River will be on September 16. All roads lead to Naga as thousands of devotees flock to Naga City in observation of their yearly pilgrimage to our “Ina”. On Saturday, the Diba Foundation is presenting a dinner-concert dubbed “The Diwatas Concert for Bicolano Artists” at The Tent, Avenue PlazaHotel at 7:00 p.m. It is a fund-raising event for the benefit of Bicolano artists.
