Uniqlo set to open its Naga store

NAGA CITY --- Japanese global apparel retailer, Uniqlo, announces the opening of its first store in Bicol on April 20 at Robinsons Place Naga, where it will occupy 800 sq. meters of shopping space. With the successful growth of Uniqlo in the Philippines, the opening of the new store demonstrates a strong commitment from the brand to deliver its high quality LifeWear and signature shopping experience to Bicolano customers, while strengthening its position in the region. At Robinsons Place Naga, the store will be strategically situated on the first floor of the mall near the drop off area for every customer’s convenience. Maaayoshi Nakamura, COO of Uniqlo Philippines said, “Our dedication to provide innovative and high-quality LifeWear pieces grows by the day with the overwhelming support we continue to receive since we first arrived [in Manila] in 2012. We’re excited to announce the opening of this store [in Naga] to cater to every Filipino’s needs in time for summer.” The new store will display the complete line-up of Uniqlo LifeWear: innovative, high-quality clothing that is designed for comfort, and made for everyone, everywhere. The store will feature summer-ready collections for men, women, kids, and babies. The full range of world-renowned Uniqlo proprietary technology clothing lines, such as AIRism and HEATTECH will also be available. Uniqlo, Japan’s leading specialty retailer, has today more than 1,900 stores in 19 markets worldwide. Georgette Barrera-Jalasco and Camille Rose Pacis, marketing director and Senior PR Manager of Uniqlo Philippines, respectively, have been going around offices in the city and various civic and business organizations and clubs to invite their members and personnel to the April 20 opening, with a pre-opening fellowship on April 18 at their Robinsons Naga store. They are being accompanied by Robinsons Naga Mall Operations Manager Kristina ‘Tintin’ Daquiaog and Barbie Resoles, Robinsons Naga Marketing and Communications Officer.
