ICP Naga Hosts Prex Class 161
Last June 15-17, the Immaculate Conception Parish in Naga City held the PREX (Parish Renewal Experience) Revival thru Class 161. Composed of 35 participants, the formation seminar was facilitated by the 19-member National Association of PREX Secretariat (NAPPS) Outreach Team headed by Kuya August and Ate Beth Perez. 75% of the participants come from the Sitio Pastoral Councils of the different communities while the rest are from the current Executive Committee, Religious Organizations and Ministries. Parish Priest Fr. Domingo ‘Aba’ Florida and Parish Pastoral Council Chairperson Melinda Cu joined the class. The President of the class is John Christian ‘Kuya Chan’ Acuido. Spiritual formation is on the top list of the Parish’s priorities. The Parish PREX Secretariat and the BEC Committee will be working together to make the formation seminar accessible to the communities. The PREX Secretariat is composed of Kuya Erning and Ate Tanny Lañada as Chair Couple and Kuya Boy and Ate Vangie de Guzman as Vice Chair and Overseer Ate Nitz Alarcon. The BEC Committee on the one hand is a team composed of Ate Doc Quimlat as Head, Ate Glenda Tan as coordinator of the Clusters and Kuya Chan Acuido as Coordinator of the BEC Formation Team.
