MANILA --- Camarines Sur 1st District Representative Rolando Andaya is now facing a complaint for failing to declare his wealth in his statement of assets, liabilities, and net worth for several years. Greco Belgica, Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission Commissioner, filed complaint against Congressman Andaya on Tuesday morning. It was announced that Congressman Andaya was the first in the list of all officials involved in the corruption case. Belgica said that regardless of political affiliations, it is undeniable that Andaya received the most complaints from ordinary people. “Marami siyang hindi na-declare na baril, mga sasakyan, mga properties, lahat po ‘yun. We saw na hindi na-declare na maayos,” Belgica said, referring to Andaya’s SALN for 2016 and 2017. (He didn’t declare a lot of things like guns, cars, properties—all of that. We saw that he did not declare them properly). The Camarines Sur representative is already facing before the Sandiganbayan multiple cases of graft in connection with the alleged misuse of the P900 Million Malampaya fund. News.abs-cbon.com
