AASHPI Bicol holds Seminar-Workshop on Human Resources Management

The Asian Association of School Human Resources Management and Development Practitioners, Inc. (AASHPI) Bicol Region Chapter, held a seminar-workshop on “Total Rewards Program: Strengthening Multi-Generational Attraction and Retention Drivers”, at the Naga College Foundation (NCF), Naga City, last November 10-11, 2018. The Resource Person was Dr. Noel Racho, PhD, HR Director of Miriam College. The seminar was attended by heads, owners, administrators, finance, and human resource personnel of schools from Naga City, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Masbate. Mrs. Rosario Olalia, the Principal of Naga Parochial School (NPS) is the current President of AASHPI Bicol. Other officers are: Vice-President - Mrs. Teenarose Castroverde of NCF; Secretary - Atty. Eva Moya of Mabini Colleges, Inc.; Treasurer - Mrs. Erlin Rodriguez of Universidad de Santa Isabel; Auditor - Maria Luisa Belista of Bicol College, Inc.; Cam. Norte Coordinator - Mrs. Ma. Pamela Rossana Apuya of Mabini Colleges, Inc; Cam. Sur Coordinator - Mr. Marcelino Lagoda of NPS; Albay Coordinator - Fr. Ricardo Francisco Miranda, SVD of Divine Word College of Legazpi; Sorsogon Coordinator - Mrs. Luisa Dery of St. Louise de Marilla College of Sorsogon.
