SM CITY NAGA HOLDS TALK ON HANDLING CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

SM City Naga holds the 1st quarter general formation seminar on ‘Caring for Customers with Special Needs” on February 13, 2019. It was attended by mall employees, tenants, maintenance, and security personnel. Invited speakers include Dr. Jeanette Naval, associate professor of Special Education of Ateneo de Naga University and Mr. Christopher Molin from the Naga City Persons with Disability Affairs Office who discussed topics on Categories on Disability in Federal Education Law & How to deal with customers with additional needs respectively. The seminar aims to educate and provide a safe environment not just for regular mall goers but even for persons with disabilities.
