GOODBYE ALEX. The Bicol Mail condoles with the family of the late ALEXANDER ‘ALEX’ CAYETANO, Naga City Civil Registrar. He joined his creator at 5:00 a.m. last March 15 after suffering from pancreatic and lung cancer. His body lies at the Blue Room, Naga City Hall.
