YOUNG GRAD. Pupils of the Educare Service Program of the City Government of Naga welcome another chapter in their journey to learning as the School for Early Education Development (SEED) Montessori schools (Bagumbayan Norte and Bagumbayan Sur) which served as their second home and helped develop their learning skills at their early age, declared them as graduates during their closing rites held Monday afternoon with Vice Mayor Nelson Legacion shown in top photo handing out the pupils’ diplomas.
