Naga City Mayor John Bongat (seated 2nd from right on front panel table) is currently at the United Nations Asian HQ in Bangkok for the ASEAN panel discussion finalizing inputs to the UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF 2019) that will take place in July 2019. Bongay is one of only three ASEAN mayors invited to participate, along with mayors of outstanding cities in the area of SDG compliance: Nadee City of Thailand and Seberang Perai City of Malaysia.
