NAGA CITY --- Bicol’s tallest residential condo will rise soonest in this city!

A 16-storey building, to be called UMA Residences, will be completed in 24 months, Naga Queensland Realty Development Corp. and LYRR Chairman and President Raul Rocha announced.

The condominium will feature 5-star amenities, like swimming pool, gym, specialty restaurants and bars, conference halls, and commercial spaces at the ground floor for convenient shopping by residents and the general public.

Once completed in April 2021, UMA will become the most luxurious residential condo establishment in this city and Bicol, and will definitely add value to sparkling Magsaysay Avenue, dubbed as the lifestyle, cuisine and entertainment district of this bustling Pilgrim City of Naga.

Only a few hundred meters away from the storied, centuries-old Peňafrancia Shrine and Ina’s new home -- the Peňafrancia Basilica, and located across the Naga River where the Peňafrancia fluvial procession is held every year for more than 300 years now, UMA Residences promises to provide Bicolanos and investors alike a comfortable and trendsetting lifestyle along busy Magsaysay Avenue.

Another pioneering investment of LYRR, UMA is now the 4th condominium being constructed in Bicol’s most dynamic city in recent years!
