KINALAS. This favorite Bicol dish found in many street corner eateries is a local noodle recipe with scraped beef or pork where its name was derived from. It comes with fried garlic, chopped scallions, sili, pepper and a thick gravy-like sauce. It may also be served with egg or chicharon and add more condiments such as fish-sauce and vinegar or lemon juice to suit one’s taste. A hot bowl costs from P35 to P50. CEPPIO
