Mayor Bongat reconstitutes PLEB-naga

Mayor John G. Bongat Issued Executive Order No. 2019-015 dated April 4, 2019 reconstituting the Naga City People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB-Naga) with the following composition: Chairperson Atty. Milagros R. Francia, a private practitioner, DILG LGOO VI Lino Ruperto R. Boncodin, Jr. secretariat; and PLEB members P/Bgy, Alfonso R. Rodriguez representing Liga ng mga Barangay; J. Antonio Amparado, MNSA, community leader; Counc. Miles Raquid Arroyo member of the Bar; Counc. Joselito SA del Rosario, SP representative; and Chairman Danilo Ludovice of Naga City People's Council.

They shall serve for three (3) years from assumption of office until his/her successor shall have been chosen and qualified.

The PLEB has the power to hear and decide citizens complaints formally filed or referred to it against any erring, abusing member of the PNP.

As of this writing, the PLEB-Naga under Chairperson Francia had already undertaken the PLEB Information Caravan among the barangay council officials of Tinago, Peñafrancia, Igualdad, Lerma, Triangulo, Mabolo, San Felipe and Bagumbayan Norte.
