KAOGMA FESTIVAL OPENING . With an air of victory trailing his footsteps on stage, Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte formally opens the Kaogma Festival 2019 to a resounding success! With thousands of spectators gathered at the vast UNEP campus grounds in Iriga City, the Monday crowd, May 20, 2019, was jubilant to say the least with perky host Sam YG ably guiding the celebrations with rock royalty Bamboo briskly opening the show followed by the “kilig” sweet nothings brought by TV serye’s cutest heartthrobs in the persons of Andrea Brillantes and Kyle Echarri. Also, the leggy and lanky candidates of Miss Kaogma and Mr. Kaogma 2019 were paraded for the screaming audience to ogle and place their winning bets. The celebrations this year comes on the post-election win of reelectionist governor who serves his final term as the province’s chief executive and whose margin of win was delivered by the Rinconada votes. Kaogma Festival 2019 will last until May 27, 2019, the 440th foundation anniversary of the province of Camarines Sur. jmts/rbmjr/mmec052219 with photos from fb_provinceofcamsur
