Vice President Leni Robredo administers the Oath of Office of Naga City Mayor-elect Nelson Legacion before supporters and ward leaders at the People’s Hall of Naga City Hall Complex. It was witnessed by the incoming mayor’s spouse, Atty. Marion Eloisa and their children Nathaniel Emil, Neal Emerson, Nadine Eina and Nepthali Eman.
