Representatives from other councils were also present as observers for them to know their time to be in Key 3 position. The ANCM was also the time to review all the accomplishments for the past years and to make various proposals.

I just want to encourage everybody to stay humble and make sure to continually give our best especially in our commitment to serve in scouting.”

We enjoy the food, the fellowship, the programs, and I do believe that all the participants have good memories of attending this ANCM.
