The ANCM is an annual gathering of all the Key 3s of the council composed mainly of the Council Chairman, Scout Executive, and Council Commissioner representing each of the council. Representatives from other councils were also present as observers for them to know their time to be in Key 3 position. The ANCM was also the time to review all the accomplishments for the past years and to make various proposals.

These agendas were all tackled through plenary sessions.

I praise God because I was given the opportunity to serve in another capacity. It’s my first time also to run as a regular board member and it was an overwhelming support coming from the councils. I just want to encourage everybody to stay humble and make sure to continually give our best especially in our commitment to serve in scouting.”

He added, “We would like to thank the province of Camsur for offering a wonderful hospitality. We enjoy the food, the fellowship, the programs, and I do believe that all the participants have good memories of attending this ANCM. Big thanks to Camarines Sur Council for hosting the event and for giving us the opportunity to explore your province and the beautiful people most especially.”
