The Dee’s and Enchong himself are strong supporters and personal friends of Jesse, especially when the young Dee was a champion swimmer representing Naga City, his hometown, in many regional, national and international swimming competitions. Enchong was in town to receive his Special Mayoral Citation during the 2019 Mayoral awards held at Avenue Convention Plaza last June 17, on the eve of the Naga City Charter Day.
