MAYORAL AWARDEE. Members of the Naga Central School 1 Children’s Rondalla won the 2018 National Music Competition for Young Artists (NAMCYA) in Children’s Rondalla and brought honor, pride and glory to the city, hence the Mayoral Commendation during the Mayoral Awards this year. CEPPIO
