STAKEHOLDERS’ SUMMIT. Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte and the provincial government through the EDMERO in coordination with DENR-EMB 5 conducted the Bicol River Stakeholders’ Summit with the municipalities of Cabusao, Milaor, and Bula last June 26-27, 2019. The summit discussed the real state of the Bicol River that resulted in last year’s water quality monitoring in the different stations of the river. DENR-EMB 5 classifies or re-classifies all water bodies according to their beneficial usage through the water quality monitoring program.
