WATERWAYS REHAB. Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte and the provincial government through the EDMERO and the Boy Scouts Council lent assistance to the municipality of Camaligan as they officially launched the C5 Creek Rehabilitation Program that aims to improve the water quality of the creek via clean-up drives and EMAS (effective microorganisms) application with assistance from the community stakeholders. C5 Creek is one of the big tributaries of the Bicol River System and its cleanliness had been compromised through the years by the deluge of residents living along its banks. jmts/rbmjr/mmec070319 with photos from fb_ProvinceofCamSur
