WATERWAYS REHAB. Camarines Sur Gov. Migz Villafuerte and the provincial government through the EDMERO and the Boy Scouts Council lent assistance to the municipality of Camaligan as they officially launched the C5 Creek Rehabilitation Program that aims to improve the water quality of the creek via clean-up drives and EMAS (effective microorganisms) application with assistance from the community stakeholders.
