LEARNING SIGN LANGUAGE MADE EASY. Using Filipino language as a medium of instruction, The city’s Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), in partnership with Naga City Deaf Society, organized a 3-day (July 8-10) Filipino Sign Language Training for Interpreters in order to help the marginalized deaf members learn sign language easier than learning it in English language.
