LEARNING SIGN LANGUAGE MADE EASY. Using Filipino language as a medium of instruction, The city’s Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), in partnership with Naga City Deaf Society, organized a 3-day (July 8-10) Filipino Sign Language Training for Interpreters in order to help the marginalized deaf members learn sign language easier than learning it in English language. The training is in accordance with the mandate of Republic Act No. 11106 or the Filipino Sign Language (FSL) Act. CEPPIO
