BALIK ESKWELA/GIFT GIVING - More than 200 grade school pupils of Panagan Elementary School, Tigaon, Camarines Sur were fortunate recipients of a “balik eskwela/gift giving” activity last July 12, 2019 fostered by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) - Naga City Chapter led by its president, Engr. Ernie Rubio, Head Teacher Jehan Prila, BOD Engr. Raul Carreras, and its officers. Part of the free school kits distributed were school bags, hygiene kits with toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, pad papers, pencils, pens, rulers, erasers, etc. /jchaveziii/picenagapio
