9 drug peddlers nabbed
NAGA CITY--- The city police’s ‘one time big-time’ anti-drug operations have netted 9 drug suspects during the past few days.
Arrested last July 18 were Ruel Nacario, 39, driver, and Rechee Nacario, 30, a life guard, in Zone 5, Sitio Langon, Barangay Cararayan.
Recovered from the two Nacarios were three pieces of plastic sachets of suspected shabu and paraphernalia after a short chase..
On the same date, at 8:00 in the evening, four suspects were arrested in San Juan Street in Barangay Penafrancia. Five plastic sachets of shabu were seized.
The suspects were identified as Limwel Primavera, 40, who was caught sniffling shabu during the operation; Dandy Ygot, 39, construction worker; Hiroji Tesorero, 38; and Roel Vargas, 36, a construction worker.
At about 9:56 p.m. of the same date, suspect Zaldy Baduya, a jobless man, was arrested while in possession of a sachet of shabu at Zone 6-B, Sister Therese, Barangay Concepcion Pequeña, this city.
In the same barangay, a student named Ruel Mollagso, 18, was also nabbed at Zone 4-A, San Jose St., at about 11:30 in the evening while in possession of two packs of dried marijuana leaves.
On the next day, July 19, at 2:20 in the afternoon, the operatives arrested Alfonso Don III, 26, a radiologist, during a buy bust operation in Barangay Sta. Cruz.
Recovered from the suspect were four sachets of shabu.
The above mentioned suspects are now under the custody of Naga City Police Office (NCPO), facing criminal cases for violation of RA 9165, or the comprehensive dangerous drugs act of 2002.
