NURTURING PWD SKILLS. To equip Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) with skills on Flower Arrangement, Haircutting, Beauty Care (Make-up) and Nail Care, a community-based training was initiated by the city government’s Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO) in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Held at the Naga City People’s Hall, the training was conducted in line with the celebration of the 2nd PWD Month and the 41st National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation week. CEPPIO
