BIGGS IN MANILA. Bigg’s Diner, a leading restaurant chain in Bicol, will soon launch its first branch in Metro Manila. It will be located at SM Fairview in Quezon City and is set to open its doors in September this year. Bigg’s Diner is known for serving burgers and Filipino rice meals in Bicol since 1983. The chain first announced plans of opening in Manila in 2017. ABS-CBN News
