LEGAZPI CITY --- Four persons were killed in a shooting incident on Tuesday night (July 30) in a village in Bula town in Camarines Sur, a police report said yesterday.
Killed were Orlando Balabad, Chuchi Balabad, Rodelo Pagtolon-an, and Nathaniel Pagtolon-an a native of said town, according to Major Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Philippine National Police (PNP) Bicol spokesperson.
Probers are still determining the motives of the killing, she said.
The victims were on a drinking binge in a highway eatery along Sitio Pecuaria, Barangay Fabrica when attacked by two unidentified gunmen at around 8:20 p.m. of Tuesday.
The victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died on their way when rushed to a nearby hospital.
Recovered from the crime scene were empty shells from handguns of still unknown caliber.
