Fish vendor hangs self dead

NAGA CITY---A fish vendor found dead by his live-in-partner inside their room in Zone 1, Brgy. Mabolo, this city Saturday morning, August 17.

Police identified the victim as Michael Ortodos, 30. His partner, Joy Mallare, 25, found the victim hanging by a rope tied to the ceiling.

Ortodos was rushed to Naga City Hospital but was declared dead by Dr. Nelson Berja, the attending physician, at 9:20 am.

The police initially believed there was no foul play but the police proceeded with further investigation.
