A woman who had climbed atop the Oragon Monument at Plaza de Nueva Caceres along General Luna infront of the Naga City People’s Mall was rescued by personnel of the Naga City Search and Rescue Unit (SARU), CDRRMO, BFP, Naga City Police Office (NCPO), and Public Safety Office (PSO) early morning of Saturday last week.
