School kids welcomed into World Scouting Movement

NAGA CITY --- Driven by the desire to complement its academic program with co-curricular activities for character building, citizenship and leadership training, Minds That Matter School recently joined the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.

No less that 140 new Boy Scouts were welcomed into the World Scouting Movement on Saturday, August 17, 2019. The Investiture Ceremony was presided by Sctr. Warren Chavez.

The school was also formally recognized by BSP Naga City Council through Council Chairman and City Mayor Nelson Legacion. Council Executive Board member Lito Del Rosario also graced the event.

School Directress Amelia Cadiz expressed her thanks to the parents for their full support to the young students who are now very eager to learn new things and experience adventures as Boy Scouts. wc
