YOUTH WEEK. Celebrating Linggo ng Kabataan, the Naga City Government, through its concerned agencies like the SK, the Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Youth Development and other youth organizations spearheaded the conduct of seminars for the youth that centers on Mental Health Awareness and Drug Abuse Prevention, HIV Awareness and Teenage Pregnancy Prevention, as well as on Financial Literacy, to further educate the youth on matters that concern their welfare.
